Founded in 1990 by a formerly homeless young woman, Community Partnership for the Homeless (Community Partnership) is a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to help end homelessness by providing safe, affordable housing and access to supportive services for those working to achieve independent living.

Highlights

Community Partnership has successfully transitioned over 500 homeless persons to self-sufficiency

The Community Partnership Food Pantry provides groceries to an average of 130 individuals per month.

Community Partnership owns and maintains 7 homes embedded in Austin communities, and is in the process of acquiring 2 more.
